2. Bookings & Deposits
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. We may require a deposit to secure your booking, which will be applied to your final invoice.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking. Deposits may be non-refundable within the cancellation window stated in your confirmation.
4. Menu & Dietary Requirements
Menus are seasonal and may change. Please notify us of dietary requirements or allergies in advance so we can accommodate where possible.
5. Liability
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total value of your booking.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
